8. Chew Sugarless Gum: If you have dry mouth chewing sugarless gum will help to stimulate saliva flow. This saliva will help to wash away food debris and the bacteria that cause bad breath.
9. Snack on Crisp Fruits & Veggies: Crispy snacks also step up saliva flow and help wash away bacteria from your teeth, tongue and gums that can cause bad breath.
10. Eat Parsley: Parsley adds more than a green garnish; it’s also a breath-saver! Did you know that parsley contains chlorophyll, a known breath deodorizer?
